Kids who were deprived of these foundational literacy ideas will struggle with reading and comprehension for the rest of their lives--unless they receive systematic, intensive intervention. And that's exactly what T.A.G. (The Academic Gym) is providing now and through the summer for kids in grades 5-7 to help them recover the lost years of literacy.
