Refund & Cancellation Policy Welcome to The Academic Gym! We value your trust and commitment to our program. Below are the terms for refunds, cancellations, and renewals designed to ensure fairness for everyone. 1. Payment and Commitment Each enrollment is for an 8-session or 4-session package, paid at registration before class begins. Payment reserves your child’s spot in the program, ensuring space availability and dedicated planning. 2. Automatic Renewals Renewal payments are processed automatically after the 8th or 4th session, ensuring uninterrupted participation in the program. To stop auto-renewal, parents must provide notice of cancellation at least two weeks prior to the 4th or 8th session. 3. Refunds Refunds are available only if the program is canceled by us before the package begins. Once the package starts, refunds are not offered unless there is a medical emergency or extraordinary circumstances, reviewed case-by-case. 4. Rescheduling Missed Sessions If your child misses a session, you may reschedule by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. Make-up sessions are offered based on availability and must be scheduled within the package validity period. 5. Program Cancellations If we cancel a session due to unforeseen events, a make-up session or credit for a future program will be provided. 6. Session Validity All sessions must be used within 10 weeks of the purchase date. Unused sessions after this period will not be refunded or credited. 7. Free Trial First-time families are eligible for a 1-session free trial to experience the program before committing to a full package. 8.
