To maintain active V.I.P. status, clinicians must:

• Complete the VITAAL-K Level One Instructor Course

• Maintain an active private practice (Note: school-based feedback is welcome but not eligible for formal documentation)

• Submit monthly feedback forms with clinical observations and recommendations

• Sign TAG’s Independent Provider Agreement
