What is T.A.G. (The Academic Gym)?

(T.A.G.) is a whole-body, multisensory learning system that blends athletic and academic skills to help kids overcome the effects of ADHD, dyslexia, speech-sound disorders, and reading skills deficits. T.A.G. (The Academic Gym) helps kids with ADHD and reading deficits by blending phonics, fitness, and fun. The Academic Gym help kids win socially, emotionally, and academically.

Why does T.A.G. help kids with ADHD?

T.A.G. The Academic Gym uses kinesthetic and tactile learning which can be incredibly beneficial for kids with ADHD. These learning styles engage students physically by incorporating movement and hands-on activities into the learning process, which can help maintain their focus and foster a deeper understanding of the material.

Children with ADHD often have heightened energy levels and may struggle with traditional teaching methods that emphasize sitting still and listening for extended periods. By allowing them to move, touch, and actively participate in their learning, kinesthetic and tactile approaches align better with their natural tendencies.
